At BRICKEGO, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check your delivery status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items. We will replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
If you allow international shipping later, you can update the policy. For now, we ship only within the GCC unless stated otherwise on the website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, BRICKEGO is no longer responsible. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
